BF Labs, Inc has corporation documents filed in Wyoming and Missouri.

Consider a General District or small claims suite against BF Labs to receive your money.

Currently I'm sure that Josh and company think,
"well we will just wait them out and ship them the hardware and the problem will be over"

Sorry Josh, if we refuse shipment you can pay for the shipping both ways, and we will still have our day in court.  Since the amount we originally will receive in judgement will be the full amount, which includes shipping, BF Labs will be out, legal fees, travel fees and additional shipping.

My advise to those seeking refunds,
1) Jump on the bandwagon.  Once the judgements start then the collection will begin.  Once the AG's and FTC start their investigations there will not likely be much left.
2) Take only legal actions, but take all legal actions.

I would recommend against a class action.  Lawyers get most of the money, only the original initiator really gets anything everyone else gets nothing, and BFL will likely get to settle for less then they actually owe.

File local cases, get to know the BFL Staff and lawyers personally as they come to your local town and stand in front of the judge with you.  If they don't travel, then you will likely be eligible for a default judgement.
