I know a lady that babysits dogs. She spent about $2500 putting down this dog-proof vinyl flooring on the main floor of her house... and she has between 4 and 8 dogs a day there... $40 for the day, or $60 overnight... she volunteers at dog training places to meet new customers, and she ends up having 3 or 4 dogs most days, and sometimes 8 dogs... some overnight/etc... I think she's making atleast half of your target there without putting $100k at risk... dogs are fun too.
