you have to trade more altcoins within each other,
money was effectivley created not because all bitcoins were sold for us dollar
but because only a part of bitcoinw as traded for usd and then a part for ethereum and so on
so folks to have the entire market continue to grow in green numbers we need
A. more token that are seriously managed and marketed,
B. more markets and trades between altcoins
we need exotic market and pairings
stop the neverending BTC/ETH fixation
