I don't know if Satoshi Nakamoto is still alive.  If alive, he should be given privacy.  It is true that he has made a very good discovery.  But first of all he is human and he has a natural life.

Well I would just have to respect his privacy like he is a normal human being. It is a big reason he does not want us to know about who he is and where he really is.
The man would have to get so much attention that he does not want. And it would not be fair for him to have to get it. Not just satoshi but another person is a same situation as he is.

You spoken my mind , we are human and every human is band to have privacy or secret, this secret could be a source of prolonged life  or something that can take it's life if revail .
I believe been hidden can be a secret. If I am opportune ti see him I will only abide by his secret of not exposure for exposing is betrayal of the highest order. In as much is his secret I keep to his privacy.

it’s still dangerous to just come up to someone who you think is satoshi and ask if rhey created bitcoin…. Not only are you endangering yourself but also whoever that person is but in the rare chance that satoshi introduces himself to me then I will gladly follow a conversation
correct mate , because He can be charged if he is wrong and he can he haunted if he is right .
there is a lot of problem that can be accounted in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto  as the interest of others
have come to his name and his creation so better off Him.
Hey guys.

I wanted to ask what you would do if you thought you found Satoshi.

I will feel very lucky if I find Satoshi. And ask for his autograph. But it never seems to be possible until now because no information about him has been found so it is not possible to find it yet. Many will try to prove themselves Satoshi by lying but the real Satoshi is all hidden.
if you find Him please ask for mine also? love having His signature.

And Satoshi instead will sign an autograph ? he will then wright the Passphrase of His wallet and sign a message on to it  Grin

you will be an instant billionaire if this happens.

If I am sure that it is him/her, I'd just say a huge thank you. Because there's a tendency that they're going to deny that it is her/him as satoshi.

Well, what a sad truth that we'll never know who the real satoshi is.

A successful project with a perfect portrayal of privacy.

I wouldn't even border myself about Satoshi because I haven't seen him before and I don't think anyone knows his identity. Satoshi is just like any other person with the a genius brain and he doesn't need to be know rather want people to take his project seriously. If you know bitcoin, you have known Satoshi Nakamoto so no need to think of the impossibility.

Actually I don't know what to say or do because with all the agencies looking for HIm(if all the written I read is true) I think this will bring me also into issue in which I don't want to happen.
so if by all means I found Satoshi? I will keep my silence and will be happy that I found him, and if given a  chance of contacting satoshi , i will just extend my greetings and thankfulness for all the things he have done for the world.
for me this is more than enough to celebrate and open a champaign thinking that for all those time that I thought he is dead here he is alive and kicking?
but of course all of this are just a dream that I don't think will ever happen.

The very moment that Satoshi decided to hide or live silent is about privacy and why do we need to bother the man/woman?

If we are going to evade others privacy make sure that you can suffer the consequences.

I supposed this is just for fun right? if so here is my answer.

I will never let anyone else know about it, not even my friends because I wouldn't like him to go to jail because there are so many people out there looking for him to give him some charge that will definitely put him to jail.

And I wouldn't like to blow his covered. So I will approach him and give him a bug hug but won't tell him the reason for the hug or just say "keep up the good work".

Fun fact: wake up from that dream bro  Grin

I would wonder and ask Satoshi what he's been up to after all these years. And I would also ask him if he purposefully made the [email protected] gmx email knowing it would get deleted and eventually become recreatable

I'd reach out and say: life is too short, use your wealth to help people while you can, build things that could last for decades for the betterment of people's lives, God doesn't just randomly bless people, use this opportunity.

Nobody up till now knows the true identity of the satoshi ,Most people are just guessing from one person to another .I think the legend intentionally hide his identity for security reasons or another .He may decide to reveal himself later in the future or not no one can really say much about him .All we know is that he made up the foundation of cryptocurrency.

I would only come forward publicly with any identity claim if able to make an air-tight case backing it with irrefutable proof from multiple categories. Even then, great care would need to be taken in coordinating any announcement or managing the massive public interest such news would inevitably provoke. But the foremost goal would have to rest on definitive verification rather than haste or spotlight.

I wanted to ask what you would do if you thought you found Satoshi..

Let's say you found someone who fits the bill perfectly.
Every detail even down to a extended hiatus from end of 2008 - 2011. (when Satoshi "moved on" to other thing)

The person is very much alive today and is still working in the technology industry.

Satoshi Nakamoto unfortunately passed away in 2013.

Zero chance of that happening.

I would respect his privacy and anonymity. He chose to remain hidden for a reason, and I don't want to be the one that exposes him! I might put him and myself in danger since there are a lot of people who want to know his secrets and/or steal his Bitcoins.

I would just root for him and be his fanboy from a distance. And keep his identity safe for as long as I possibly can.
