As for me I think of MPCX,  it is the revolutionary future of the digital assets wealth management. They already beats PRE-ICO target of 1000 eth and reached it. Impressive project that got 95% ready Erc-20 contract and the code would be released soon. So tuned up for it.

For me, I think CloudFish is a good ICO.

This will be the best comment among any other since EOS have good structure beneath them, unlike any other new right now where we can't  see some major goodness among them and recently the newly one came's out are those shorterm coins which will die soon and those scam ones that's why I take this comment as good basis since ICO's are to good to be true right now.

There was DAV recently, great thing, coins will start circulating (etherdelta to start with I guess) in a few days (if they haven't already), take a look there, you might get lucky to get them for ICO price.

the one with working code available but unfortunately nobody cares how good code will work (check eos). best rule is to stay away from icos at the first place
