I'm posting this here, since i find this to be the right place. I bring you vTrader, a fresh new crypto-exchange. You can buy/sell bitcoin and other currencies there with very little effort. Conversion to EUR is available, and the thing that's probably most important is that you can create vouchers for new users.
How does this work? For ex. you register and deposit some bitcoins. You find a user on Marketplace that wants to buy bitcoin. He pays you, and you can create a voucher for him with the value of the bitcoin he bought. When he registers on vTrader with the voucher, he will already have that amount in his wallet, which he can withdraw on blockchain if he wishes.
