I'd recommend the exact opposite. The whitepaper may be a nice read for the newcomers to get interested with bitcoin, but it's definitely not what I'd suggest them to read in case they didn't understand it.

There are many other sources that describe it simply. Don't expect the masses to understand the calculations, the SPV, the transactions, Proof-of-Work etc., from the whitepaper.

Yeah, this is the quickest and surest way to kill any interest a newcomer might possibly have about Bitcoin.

Videos, for better or worse, are what seem to work best to explain certain things or satisfy precise questions people would normally have. And I've to say some snippets from Antonopoulos's lectures in books like Mastering Bitcoin are really great, especially when done in video format. His Youtube channel has some great minute bites, especially questions from 3+ years ago like "Can Bitcoin be used as an everyday currency" and plenty of questions related to energy consumption, which I can't tell you how often a newbie/non Bitcoiner brings up!

Bitcoin is best if you compare Bitcoin to fiat or gold.

It has only 21 M in total supply and 90% of it already been mined. Only 10% is left for mining in next 100 years.

Fiat can be printed by governments. You can read many news that in last 2 years, the US governement printed 40% more US. dollar and inflation rate hits a highest since 1982.

Gold, you can not say its total supply is limited. Only can guess and estimate but more gold will be mined with more advanced technologies.

From the start, you were just twisting the facts, whether you were behind the news of everyone in the government. I have absolutely nothing to agree with from what you say. You will only be considered a comedian here, do not give a clear misguidance that will only make someone further away from the existence of Bitcoin so far. Back to the Bitcoin white paper, and it's the single, official, trusted, and most valid benchmark of all we found on Wall Street.

It feels to me like this is the most useless thread I have seen for quite a while now. Voxo2222 seems to have no idea what Bitcoin is about or where it is getting its value from. If I had to guess, I would say this poster is a unsupervised child trolling on a serious forum for no apparent reason. The best course of action would be to lock the thread and ignore the poster and his future spam.

Anyone who wants to learn about Bitcoin and how it derives its value, I would highly recommend perusing the beginners and help section of this forum. You will find many useful links and info there!

Second: all you need to do is study about wall street and banking and finaces and federal reserve.
And you will be successful about btc.
Even this, https://bitcoin.org/en/how-it-works.
There is basic information there that is easy to understand even if you're a newbie that willing to learn more about Bitcoin and Blockchain.
It doesn't make sense to study wall street, banking, finances, and the federal reserve, they aren't correlated to Bitcoin and you will learn nothing in that way.

What did you mean by successful about Bitcoin?

That's really wrong suggestion.

You're suggesting people to learn about theory, but you forgot it need practical to test how correct the theory is. You'll face some trial and error from doing that, also there's no guarantees you'll understand 100%. I don't know what the successful you mean, but I assume it's money involved where you become a rich by Bitcoin.

Just like trading: you can learn with demo account, you can learn copy trading, you can learn how to scalping, you can learn which trends it's from the charts. After you learn all and thought you'll mastered in trading, nah it's really different when you start trading with real money.

Dear, I differ about what you are saying. I think if someone wants to know about bitcoin
1. He should study the stock market and see how the value of the share market goes up and down that reflects the whole economy of the country.
2. He should get awareness about E-commerce and E-money. He should know about what is E-commerce An what are an online business is.
3. He should study the crypto market through maps, charts, graphs. He should know the psychology of the crypto market.
4. He should also be aware of the Gold market and its historical ups and downs etc.

Second: all you need to do is study about wall street and banking and finaces and federal reserve.
What for?

And you will be successful about btc.
What does it mean to be successful about bitcoin?

Dont pretend u are common people side u f payed shill !!
This sentence doesn't make sense.

Wow, like seriously?
You mean I should go read about the wall street journal and other related articles? No argument here like you have written, many are paid to shill which is quite obvious but shouldn't be a contention.
Thanks for your writeup...lolzzz You are doing well.
Maybe you should have given us some hints on what aspect to read and understand btc more.
Thats life bro i cant change it just a way how it is.
And once i started learn about finances banking wall street and federal reserve i start to understood and even know better btc movements.
Sure its not sounds interesting to average JOE ...fed and banking wall street...sounds like a punch of just numbers and so....but if u want success dont complain about boring things you must learn.
What i know all markets are fixed and i know how and btc is controlled by the same guys who control gold prices.

And thats it for now i dont think i need to add abything more all im saying learn wall street and banking if you dont want to work and make ur wealth work for you just learn wall steeet and banking.
There are a lot of ways or sources that can learn more about Bitcoin or how the market works. So, if that way makes you more knowledgeable or more learnings you get, so be it. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, things you mentioned got somehow related to the current market right now especially in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency markets.

But if you really want to start what really Bitcoin is, I think reading some few pages of Bitcoin whitepaper first may help, especially newbies: https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf
