That was unfortunate but not all bounties are waste of time I will name 2 of them I recently joined , temtum and minter all in all I earned almost $700 from this two but it took 5 months but not bad for an extra income right? If you want to make sure it will not be a waste of time you have to research first about people involved from bounty manager up to team members and the scope of the project and btw yes OP is right skip social media bounties its not advisable nowadays.

True that, and the reason is because most social bounties doesn't give good return like before it used to.
This forum has been flooded with new accounts looking for a way to earn some crypto.


He never said it is a bad or said he vow to never. He actually stated the true fact about it. Joining social bounties back in 2017 do fetch hunters some decent amount.

There are a lot of bounties in the forum right now and for me, all of it was effective way back 2018 where the value of bitcoin was still very high. For now, we cannot really be certain about the bounties here. There are a lot of scams already that leads to great loss of money for the investors most specially the new ones who doesn't have that much knowledge about bounties. If ever you are going to join on a certain bounty, no matter what kind it is, make sure always that you carefully read the whitepaper, roadmap and check the team if it's worth to trust.

As per my current experiences bounties are just waste of time. I would prefer myself to keep away from bounties.

You mentioned that no one earned million of dollars from bounty,it’s true. But I saw many people who earned 100k to 300k dollars in 2017.But joining in bounty campaign is not bad because it’s free money. Now days It's really hard to earn money from bounty campaign. Because of scam projects and too many participants.
Yes your point is good if you want to gain then you have to pay. In crypto if anyone want success then need to invest money. Also I am trying to invest few bucks in good coin.               

There are users who initially join this forum to learn more about bitcoin and the way crypto works and how it will make this world a better place to live but deep down their hate they have an urge to earn through this forum just like most of us did when we initially joined this forum as we wanted a passive income but now it's time we understand no one can be rich just by sharing the posts in the social media and focus on other services they could offer to this forums as there are many services required like graphic designing, developer, etc. I have personally never been a part of any social media bounties but have worked for numerous signature campaigns.

Social media campaigns were providing pretty good rewards until early's 2018 but after that they turned into nothing like what happen with the other bounty campaigns,now a days any serious project will promote their project in a facebook where most people have no knowledge about it? So the intention of today's social media campaign is just to bring investor's money from anywhere.

Personally I don't mind using my personal social media pages to promote a crypto project as long as it is a serious one.
What I hate is seeing people turning it to a full time job and join every and each bounty they find then they come here to complain about being scammed or not receiving their rewards.

I definitely am not on the forum or on a bounty to earn a living and I doubt anyone else should, how can you entrust your living into something that's so volatile, something that can end at anytime, that's stupid. I'm a student, I put out my skills as well as work per time in real life and I earn very much from there, there are also efforts I put in, to earn out here in real life.

I enjoy posting on the forum, so why not add it as an extra source of income(thats how it should be), there have been so many times I've not been on a bounty, if I made an entire living solely here, how would I survive then.

Well, we really are living in the world filled with scams and such and these things aren't even a secret or something unknown yet people keeps on letting theirselves be fooled and fall these kind of traps and as always, regret at the end of the day. We can't blame them tho, all of us here are aiming to earn something and make a living even out of the most risky thing that's why people are keep on risking and trying to join bounties with the hope of earning. Again and again, always take vigilance with you and always take cautions.

Before bounties can really gain a lot, I've read many stories of those who gain but not in social media bounty more on signature and content creation.It's good to do bounties especially if you have time and need some extra income. But, joining social media bounty now even before is sometimes not worth it due to number of participants that needs to be divided as well tendency of posting reports that might messy our profile. Better if newbies to try to learn more here n forum thru trading or if still wants bounties provide services like content creation.

I'm pretty sure your contradicting yourself right now? Not a bad thing and then you rarely join now. To be honest, Bounties isn't really wrong or anything, it's just the forum is more often known as a medium to be used to earn money through bounties, not the other way around. The bounties are just a part of the forum. It's not the entirety of it. Yes, the forum lets you advertise things through signatures and such, but by the end of the day, a forum is still supposed to be a place where knowledge and questions are exchanged from user to user.

Bounties aren't bad, feel free to do them. But do so while being aware that this forum is not for bounty campaigns, but rather for learning and spreading your knowledge.

For me, joining some social media bounty is not really a bad thing, If you only join 1-3 social media bounties at a time. because the first I came here, I jump into social media bounty on services called Epigencare bounty which will pay you with bitcoin after you posted some post on facebook to promote their project. The problem starts when you want to join them all, which will lead you to great depression when all of that social media bounty will not pays you at the end of the campaign. that's why you need to be moderate when you want to engage in this thing.

At the end of the day, social media bounties don't give you a satisfaction payment. rather, it is only wasting time to participate in those no guarantee campaigns. so after those pitiful experiences I had, I rarely join one now.

Do not need to try to trick anyone, most of the new joiners are here in order to participate in the social media bounties to have a piece of the so-called crypto treasure to themselves. Most of the beginners get blinded with stories about people who won their lives by doing nothing but bounties.

Yes! It can happen, although I personally do not know anyone who has become a millionaire from doing social media bounties, I do not deny the possibility of a new altcoin which has the potential to bash every other Altcoin and make their early coin holders millionaires over one month.
Here you can find the famous Etherium post made by none other than Vitalik Buterin on the release of Etherium which possibly made their initial followers' invest a very success.

Needless to say, It is a long shot and we live in a world which is filled with scams and it is not rare to see people waste their time on scams for the return of nothing but regret.

No, Hell no. This forum is not a bounty hosting platform. Bounties are a really small portion of this huge universe. There are a number of things are going on the forum which will amaze you, which will make you think twice what a small portion of this platform you have witnessed. Instead of following a repetitive task such as copying and pasting Social media posts without even knowing the returns would be a gamble, don't you think?
The first thing is you need to understand (Actually it should be not you, but we as I am also pretty inexperienced) what Bitcoin is and how it works, a simple idea will guide you more than you think. Instead of posting things like without even having the slightest idea on what is an Altcoin is, what is an ICO, what the hell is blockchain you would be able to make constructive posts and also that knowledge would help you to identify the scam projects just by a glance.

Then how do we learn this stuff, we came here to earn money, not to spend the little money we have?

(Disclaimer : I might get bashed for this part as senior members would say if your sole intention is making money you better stay out of the forum, this is not for money-hungry shitposters, But I know how most of the people think, they seek a way to come out of the hell they are living.)

You do not need to spend money on information anymore, this is not the 1800s! The whole world is on your fingertips, There are number of totally free courses you can follow, instead of blindly following a scammer why do not we seek and find?

Here are a few of the free online courses I have found (I have followed a few of them myself) and if you have time, ability to surf the internet please consider following one of them. And You can learn anything and everything by these sites. (I do not have any intention to promote any of the sites, but I thought there are people out there who do not know that free information is a goldmine and they are sitting on that without even considering to dig! )
