If your computer gets cryptolocker virus, especially new one, for example, all files are locked and converted to pdf file, you have only one choice - reinstall Windows. Firstly just delete ( wipe ) all information from hard disk ( partition ), and then completely reinstall Windows.
All important files are lost, of course, also crypto wallet files.
