Vod isn't obligated to tag anyone. He does so on his own time, without pay, and for the benefit of the forum. Complaining that you got tagged while others didn't is absurd, OP. DT members are human beings who don't tag every single member for every single offense. Everyone has a limit as to how much patience they have, how much time they're willing to put into tagging scammers and rule breakers, and sometimes members who deserve red trust don't end up with it. Leave it be.

My point is, if an accused is actually guilty and the DT thinks they deserve a chance then they might just change their ratings or you could say, that way has higher chances of getting your tag removed. Creating a thread against the DT hasn't changed anything.

(Check AnDuck's thread against Vod, more than 10+ pages of discussion but pointless)
