If you've posted a lot in the past and then gone away and then come back and post a lot you'll see your activity jump more than 14 points in a very short amount of time - 1 day, a few days, etc. I see your activity is already up to 95 and your posts are at 96. You probably have fewer posts than time active in the forum, as soon as you post more your activity will catch up until your posts exceed the number of days you've been active on the forum.

Sometimes is needs some minutes to switch the rank after activity has been calculated. I guess there is a cron job running that proves several times daily if a rank has been changed.
