These scroll boxes pop up only in a few threads and I mean, only a few.

When I scroll down with my mouse wheel and my curser hits these boxes, it scares the life out of me making me think my PC locks up but in fact because the curser hits these small scroll boxes the entire page stops scrolling making me believe my pc locks up.

Please, get rid of this, no need for the scroll boxes for such a small area.

nvm, I guess it only happens with my browser, I tested it with two other browser I have, the scroll box does not happen.
