One of my pastimes is doing extensive amounts of research on a current event for no real purpose. Here's a video of the recently deceased ambassador to Libya and a specific question is asked near the end. I believe I've set up the link directly to it. They are asking him about the TNC and the rebel forces in Libya that would later become the government security forces:

The question and followup question are pretty pertinent given recent events. The ambassador didn't seem too convinced himself.
