Did Cyberczar ever wrote his telegram ID is  @Cyberczar ? Because if anyone makes the same telegram ID as of bitcoin talk, he/she will not be considered as an altcoin.

You got an answer that undoubtedly shows that it is the same person, and the reason why he uses an alt account is more than obvious. I hope you know the difference between altcoins and alt accounts Wink

Hahaha, that was a typing mistake and yeah i know the difference between altcoins and alt accounts.  Smiley

By the way there is not much difference between the two  Cheesy

i know of an exchange that scammed me recently.

i have proofs as well but luckily the amount was not too much.

i'll tell u the name and give u the evidence but i'd need $10 first.

let me know..

Why can't you tell us the name of the exchange before getting the money?
Some exchange scams you and in the best interest of the general public, you should tell the name without worrying much about the prize money.

Also, note OP is willing to pay 10$ if you find 20 scam exchanges. As per the statement, i think he won't pay you 10$ if you find only one.

If you find new scam exchanges, I'm willing to pay $10 for 20 scam exchanges you find. Please note that they must be new ones.

Background:

One fellow contacted me on Discord that I won some bitcoins at their exchange, I did a background check and discovered that it's a scam exchange. So I'm looking to start exposing some of these scam sites. If you find new scam exchanges, I'm willing to pay $10 for 20 scam exchanges you find. Please note that they must be new ones.

If this is something you can do, contact me on Telegram @Cyberczar

There are already many scam websites exposed in the Scam Accusations section, so if you would like to compile a list, I suggest you begin there.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Considering your offer, my only objection is that I don't see why this has to be done in Telegram. There are many complaints about spam and other issues on this platform. You can simply ask members to share their findings here.

I am not asking for any payments from you, but I am contributing with few new exchanges that proven to be a scam operated by same people.
They are scaming customers with scam debit cards using two exchanges so far, this is CriptoDebit.com and Satoscard.com (there could be more clones with other domains).
Don't use any of this exchanges and please spread this warning to more people outside bitcointalk forum.

Hi, thanks for this. Do you have evidence that these are scams? I just went through their Trustpilot reviews and it's 100%. Obviously, they are giving themselves positive reviews. If you have any evidence, would you mind posting them at the scam section or to me via DM or Telegram? You're appreciated doing this freely.

EDIT: I've verified them as scams. Thanks.

I just block & report all of those accounts that harass me with "you won" messages.

This is 2022. What, they think Discord users are this gullible to believe they won a prize they didn't enter in?

Did anyone really got paid after reporting to this user via telegram?

If someone wants to find 20 scam crypto exchanges then they will have to spend a little more time, since the OP only asks for new exchanges - and I think it's worth a lot more than the $10 it offers. Judging by the name he uses on Telegram, OP is the alt account of Cyberczar, who has been accused of some shady things in the past.

OP is not active anymore as it seems that he have concluded that no one is interested in his offer.

I don't know what your motive to pay $10-$20 after anyone find a scam exchange, because there's a lot scam exchanges using these old trick and will you pay all of them? I can easily find those exchanges if I joined a bunch shitcoin groups. The thing is this really easy to abuse, I can buy a cheap domain that have terrible URL name and buy a cheap script too, though I wouldn't do it, just saying.

You can add Binance to your list. They scammed users after Binance made a mistake.
Although this is correct accusations, I doubt the @OP will conclude Binance is a scam exchange, he may high likely is the Binance's user lol.

I believe your intention is good but there are a lot of scam exchanges that operated in a shady way thats worse than your description and it will be hard to get all there list. However, I think the best thing you can do is make the newbie know that there is some scam exchange site that operated like genuine exchange so that can be more careful.
In the meantime, it will be nice to be more specific about what you mean when you said new one because of the people that might be interested in your offer.

How generous you are, people are reporting every scam that they've found whether its an exchange, a casino, or crowdfunding and we already have a lot of it in the scam section, the best way not to get scammed by these new exchanges is to avoid them, the industry is not lacking popular and reputable exchange, these new scam exchanges are offering things that are too good to be true don't be sway by what they are offering, stay safe by only trading on popular exchanges.

If you've an offer, make it public here. There's no need for anyone to contact you via telegram for this, IMO..
The offer is already there, in the content which is already public.

Please edit the subject into "I'll Pay $10 For Finding Scam Exchanges".

(It is somehow sounding like you are paying to scam an exchange).
Must be a click bait but you can understand if you read the content.

I think that this thread does not fit here on this board. You can take this to scam or reputation.
Scam accusations board ia for scam reports/threads, you wont make a paying thread on scam accusations board.

Sorry you want scam to be reported to you so that you take glory over it? You don't have any authority on that and I think people won't consider going all the way to your telegram to say to you that they found a scam exchange. They will post it rather by themselves maybe to get some glory and maybe reward for their hard work. So you need to have a rethink about what you are asking and make another strategy for it.
Feels like you just read title and not understanding the content. Glory? Authority?  Now you just accused someone just by reading the title lol.

The whole purpose of OP nothing but good. You just tell him that this site a scam exchange with proof ofc, and you got paid, you can post it on scam accusation board too.
Benefits? you got paid and shared important warnings to people to stay away of these scams.

The whole doubt of this thread, is only if op is paying or not, its hard to proceed unless theres a middle man securing the payment.

Yes, for a moment i also got confused reading the title but upon reading details everything was clear  Smiley

Please note that they must be new ones.

Can you be more specific about "new ones"? Do you mean newly registered domains, new scam reports, or something else?
Sometimes scammers who have money can buy old domains.

I think by "NEW" he means that those scam exchanges are not reported before.  It does not have to be linked with Old or New domain as per my understanding.

Yeah, if you don't mind, may we know the reasons why you need these new scam exchanges roaming around like in Discord? For what purpose? Are you gonna compile and expose this in Telegram only or to your subscribers?

Anyways, I hope you haven't been scammed.

If somebody gonna do this task for you, how you will ensure to pay him?

Scamming people on discord and telegram through scam exchanges is getting more popular these days.  Sad
I wonder what you would do with the list of scam exchanges?
If you plan to compile this list and publish it here on bitcoin talk, that will be good for everyone.

But what is your purpose for this, and how will you be able to verify that the sites that someone may claim to be scams are actually so?
If your advocacy is really in good faith, it would be best to ask that details and evidence be published in the dedicated section, and you can support this by making a small donation.

What you are requesting now indicates that you are seeking to collect a list that may be included in one of your business or applications with the least possible costs.
