I'm going to try to explain this in very basic terms: alt coins have a big spread between bid and ask. I won't buy at the ask price, if that is the last market price and the seller wants to sell me at the ask price. So, instead posting an order at the ask price and perhaps wait for days before selling, a seller can try sell to me bellow the ask price/market price (if the ask price was the price of the last trade).
You don,t have to explain anything, simply use correct terms. anything between ask and bid is a market price, so you do not want to buy "below market", You corrected it to "below ask" and now its ok

Ill make it simplier , if you consider seling coins to OP below market, go to exhange and do it with market price. then simply send me coins you wanted lost to OP, or i make a better offer, send 50% , you will get a lowet risk and cheeper deal.

Isn't that the point of an exchange... people can already cash out, if they do it under the ask price they lose out for no reason and you try to profit from scamming people?

I'm buying alternative coins already traded on an exchange. I'll pay with bitcoins. But will accept only offers under the market price; so, I'm just a way to cash them out fast and easily.
