Ok, so its a BTC only miner. That makes a lot more sense.
Thank you for the response. Being new to the community I appreciate the help.

incorrect  it is a sha-256   which includes BTC  there are more  then BTC

Peercoin  is a sha 256

Unobtanium is a sha 256

TakeiCoin is a sha 256

Add Namecoin to that list, among ballpark a dozen more I think.

Possibly the new BitCoinCash coin, but I want to see if that has ANY staying power before I recommend getting involved in it.

So this miner apparently yields a 7.3 TH/s mining rate and are cheap, so I feel like I'm missing something here.
If its mining Bitcoin, it shows roughly $169 in monthly profit.
If its mining Litecoin, it shows a ridiculous profit in the millions. haha

So what dont I understand. It can't mine Litecoin and strictly a Bitcoin miner?

It mines sha 256. Which includes BTC

IT does not mine any other algorithm such as scrypt which includes LTC
