I've read here all the horrors of selling BTC against Paypal or Skrill; however, I found that we can still do that in a safe and healthy way, and here is my offer:
1- The main Purchased Product is an Ad space in one of my websites, and right now I'll provide the space on my Tech Blog, or an Educational Forum.
2- I will start providing only small amounts, until a trust bond is built and I can provide you with 1BTC and above later.
3- I'll be setting a 3 Days worth of Ad space worth of a Bonus of 0.01BTC, which is worth of $13Paypal or $12Skrill. Don't get this wrong, you'll be paying for the Ad-Space and BTC will be rewarded as a Bonus to the loyal customers.

I'm starting with a small BTC Bonus amount that is 0.07BTC, and once I get a positive overview about the whole experiment, I'll start selling Ad-Spaces that are rewarded by 1 to 10BTCs at a time as a Bonus, and people buying early from now will get a %2 discount later
So tell me how this is against Paypal/Skrill's TOS?
I'm selling Ad-Space, and BTC is just a Bonus from me like the Point System, and it's a BTC-point System and is virtual exactly like the Points

______- Porn and/or nudity.
______- Any sort of human or animal abuse.

______- Anything immoral.
Just keep it clean and you'll be okay.
