Thanks for posting, I'll check it out. Right now I like SureSpot because it has all the needed features for secure comms.
1. Open source. ( I would not even consider a closed source option.)
2. End-to-end encryption.
3. complete permission to delete all occurrences of your posted material.

With these features there is no need to trust anyone. That is what real security is.

The NSA probably don't even need the crack your encrypted messages using this app. I bet if under investigation, the owner of the app will happily give out the encryption keys or code in a backdoor.

Plus 256 bit encryption is still uncrackable so 512bits is simply just a waste of resources.  What makes it better than WhatsApps P2P encryption ( whatsapp is also pretty popular)
