I'm guessing your bank has the wrong number for you. This Likely isn't a problem with binance as I assume you're paying via a secure debit card (or some other way yoh don't have to verify via your online/mobile banking services).

I'd suggest you go into the bank and ask them to change it (take your ID and account info such as your last statement or your card) .

I just finished talking to my bank over the phone, and was able to get the problem solved. I re-logged back into binance and the problem was solved. Thank you very much! Smiley

I created an account on binance.us and ran into a problem when trying to add a payment method. I selected my bank, entered the correct credentials, then it came to this step here where It asks me which number to send some kind of verification code.

1. they're both the same number, and 2. none of them are my number, or anybody's number, so no matter which one I click on, I end up at this window and as a result I can't go any farther:

I can't enter the code because the code is not sent to my phone number. It's sent to some obscure number ending in 3200 that is nobody's number.

What's going on here?
