The information you dropped is limited and not helpful, what exchange you use for buying BTC? Can you drop a screenshot of your transaction? I think @Polapoka124 point is valid 🤔, maybe someone refers you to the website to deposit some BTC and take half of their share/pool, it's a very popular scam on telegram.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
OP is a newbie account and his first post is very vague and I find it suspicious. My experience from telegram has taught me to regard these kind of posts as scam attempt. These kind of scams are common on telegram…the OP makes a comment on the a group complaining he’s got some bitcoins locked in a wallet or exchange and he needs someone to help him withdraw promising to share his bitcoins with the person.
Yeah, its very old technique some random one will contact and even provide the proof they have numbers in the wallet but the website is completely fake and the numbers are just generated by the scammer himself, but in that case they generally ask some amount as deposit to release all of it but with OP there is no relevant information provided.

They also go ahead to send dms to anyone they can find, fortunately bitcointalk doesn’t allow newbies to send dms.

Actually newbies can send PMs too but the receiver decides whether they allow PM from newbies or don't want to in the personal message settings.

It keeps on saying transaction failed or pending
We only can make our guess here that your issue is related to your withdrawal request from a centralized exchange.

However, I'd like to ask you for confirmation that whether it's actually your withdrawal request from a centralized exchange - if it is your case, nobody here can help you and only that exchange can help you via your support ticket. Or if it is not like that, it should be your transaction broadcast from your non-custodial wallet - if it is this case, people here can help you.

Even for a centralized Exchange/Wallet, consistent withdrawal problems like that are rare.

In case it's a scam site (since there's not enough info):
If you decided to contact their support like suggested above,
but support ask you to deposit some bitcoins before you can withdraw your coins, don't send them any.
Good warning!

It is what I tried to share and warned people years ago too

Since you said "withdrawing my bitcoin" then I assume you are using a centralized service (exchange, gambling website..). Right?
The pending status means that your request hasn't been processed yet and you need to wait. Failed means that the withdrawal request has been rejected and only customer support can tell you why.
Please provide more information for better assistance.

OP, unfortunately, we are not able to help you in this regard without any further information on the account and wallet in question. The best place to reach out for support is the support desk of the service which you are using.

I also think the transaction would be on an exchange or any other centralized service provider like a custodial wallet. I hope AndreinaJ can come back and give us more details. He should mention the name of the wallet or the exchange that he is using.

Bitcoin transaction can not fail,  also there can not be any pending transaction, incoming transaction can only be unconfirmed or confirmed while outgoing transaction should be successfully processed, but if having error, it should not be failed or pending error which makes it looks like using an exchange or a centralized wallet.

What is the exchange or wallet website?

Without telling as what exactly wallet you currently using and OS and other details we can't able to give possible solution to your problem.

That format is for Bitcoin Core which implies that OP's question is not about Core since it has no "withdrawal" feature and it should be moved to "Exchanges" board if/when OP provides more details about the problem.

The problem is with the centralized service you are trying to withdraw bitcoins from. Meaning there is not something we can do to help, you should contact the support of that centralized service and ask them to help you.
Usually you see "failed" or "pending" withdrawal when they run out of funds to give their users!
