Hi Kraken.com support team,

I have problem with logging into my Kraken.com account. Have tried to send support ticket several time but after 1 week haven't received any response and have been locked out of my account. I was told that I can get support here. I have tried to reset my password but it says:''The reset information given does not match our records or the reset expired''. WHAT SHOULD I DO THEN?  Undecided
