FYI with strict requirements being imposed on crypto service provides you will have a short list of companies that wont look into the age requirement and banks are keeping a distance away from cryptos atm, good luck with your search.

I don't know but to me It seems op is looking for a cloud mining.
If that's true, Sorry op but there's no such thing as cloud minings are no longer profitable--the increasing mining difficulty plus the fee's they are imposing makes it unprofitable, not to mention legit cloud mining's often faces problems such as: disabled withdrawals, can't get ahold of support team, changing of fee's etc..
(This is of course assuming that the payouts are really from mining, in the end you can't know maybe they are just distributing payouts from the deposits of new members.)
To add on most of them are scams/ponzi, believe it or not but there's a lot of threads not just here but also in other forums as well where users are asking if this particular cloud mining site is legit/worth investing and guess what most of the time users have proven them to be fishy. Common characteristics are: Their site is newly made, anonymous, has unsecured connection, promises overly high returns which is impossible etc..

What are you wanting exactly? You say Bitcoin 'miner' website but the link you posted is to an automated bitcoin 'trading' bot, which has literally nothing to do with mining.
It also sounds like an MLM with all the referral bonuses and promises of crazy returns.
