The issues that need to be fixed are:

It isn't very mobile-friendly. A site about a Christmas display needs to be. I'm hoping to fix that by using the Uber theme.
It doesn't have the physical location easily findable.
The big pictures don't need to be on every page.
The pictures should be more related to the show itself (and I have more pictures), not greeting card pictures.

There is probably more to do, but I'm looking for ideas as well.
