2. Buy the Investor databases and contact investors directly.

I'm interested in your project, but I do not have much money. Hope that somebody rich will help you to finish it.Nowadays, looking for an investors is a really big problem 
Seems you moved the posting from other board to be in this board, I just want to give feedback on your project to be more attracted to investors. Even you have provided the site, I think it will be better if you provide complete documents as same kind of whitepaper to explain your project profile and the concept to be clearer and easier for the investors to understand.
There's no whitepaper, the FAQ page answers pretty much every question
