Do you know a better or updated tool?

If it's just tagging known exchange addresses, there are a couple of good ones I've been using

1. oklink.com
2. oxt.me
3. breadcrumbs.app

For address grouping of non-exchange addresses, I only know oxt.me which does a bit of that-- see relations tab.

I agree with you that the results are bad, but I think they update them from time to time to exploit this service to collect more data, just as is the case when cooperating with some explorers.
This is what the developer of wallet explorer said

Obviously they won't be free services. Chainlysis.com is one of them. There is Elliptic, ciphertrace, coinfirm etc.

To collect information, if bitcoins are in the hackers wallet and it has not been moved, you may need to search  https://walletexplorer.com/wallet/
Walletexplorer is a poor tool for tracking transactions, which hasn't had most of the name database updated since 2016 since the founder moved on and now works for Chainalysis.com. If the hacker does not co-spend the transaction with other UTXO's in the same wallet. Walletexplorer will never know.
This is the main goal of such services. If you do not spend from many inputs (not using coinControl,) there is no way to know that they are linked except by connecting to a node managed by block analysis service and not having used Tor.

Getting the name of the destination address will also be less likely, as exchanges/services now have newer hot wallet addresses that are not named in the old database.

I see in your previous post that you are looking for private keys for an old wallet, you are looking for a person who helps you to restore your wallet or a private key for an old wallet/Private Keys/Slushpool Account ?

To collect information, if bitcoins are in the hackers wallet and it has not been moved, you may need to search  https://walletexplorer.com/wallet/ or contact Blockchain Analytic Services. else e-mail will not help you, post your post your TX ID, as you used newbie account that you will not reveal your identity, .

Without any much information. I don't think members here will be willing to help you out and most importantly, a very many of them who might see you post are not experts in blockchain analytics

Maybe you could just contact blockchain analytic services like Chainalysis at a fee to help you out with the problem
