If I had money I wouldn't invest in a business which doesn't have a plan. You haven't told info about your company or your name. If ppl approached you to ask for investment would you hand over money if you didn't know anything about them? There isn't a difference to giving money to a stranger you wouldn't meet again. You don't have a project it's only imagination.

Do you know how to choose a liquid real estate object?
After all, if the real estate object is illiquid, then the payback period for such an investment will be long.

I remember a project called Max Property or something, don't know if they changed their name by now. They buy real estate and show the ownership of each member based on the token they own. The idea is similar, the members give them money to buy and then they will buy the real estate and manage it. Blockchain and tokens don't give them much edge though, since they request KYC with details that is no different than traditional real estate crowdfunding. At the very least, OP should build an MVP first before he ask for money if he's serious about this.

I have seen similar ideas but I haven't seen anyone related to real estate. If the OP is to be transparent in this, it will be a good idea to own a property in UK. Although for reselling purposes. I am not sure how friendly this will be for non UK residents. I have done a business that relates UK from my country and I was frustrated, in the end I lost. These funds are licensed in countries and have a risk reduction strategy, which makes them better than a number of individuals coming together to buy a residential complex and rent apartments individually.

If you have a licensed company, I do not think you will try to advertise here. If you are an individual investor, it is better for you to search for these funds in your country.

Nope that's not what OP is talking about, it's more like the people in the forum are going to give OP the bitcoin or whatever crypto we can spare so OP can use it to buy a real estate property with the crypto that was converted into cash.

Im into building the houses or apartment renovation aswell.

Yes it should be done legal ways and formed as internationl company corporation and Im sure the idea is so great that we can find out how to make it legal so the investors are protected and everything will be legal.

I have experinces with crypto trading and investing and in building and apartment House renovation.
My expertise are finances and markets.so i tought what If i can use all of my skills and knowledge to create one good thing out of many skills and knowledge.
The sugestions and ideas are extra welcomed who's got experince and knowledge about property and real estate
