Of course it is not easy but still if you are good at coding then it must not be a big deal to have all of these happens. Instead of doing the affiliates program which people need to collect many player to sign up under your name and the payout is not really good. And how about if they pick up a big whale? And big whale is winning big amount, how can they even pay to both of them? The one that have big whale indeed very lucky, it is just free money for them

Same here, they operate like a non-bitcoin casino. Maybe they've changed in the meantime, but afaik they hold your withdraws a couple of days before they send it.
