This whole thread is a joke.
A scammer meets only scammers trying scams...

Do you think that a company regulated by Fincen will take the risk to lose its license scamming an OTC deal?
Think about it...

So bad excuses for verifying coins...
They don't do satoshi test or signed message...
Based on that then "they" have only dreams to have either satoshi...
People don't fall for that scams pal, its 2019 and we've been scammed many many times since mtgox.
But keep wasting your time, every single second wasted from a scammer is a win for everyone doing legit business around.

If only you knew how OTC works... You'll knew that when a buyer and a seller are already onboarded on Signature bank, you don't need signed message or satoshi test...
You guys need to do some research before calling everyone a scammer...

Hi our Buyer have capability to buy BTC maximum 400,000BTC
Buyer mandate already check the POF

*Buyer want to use escrow by Wilmington Trust or Signature Bank
*does 10m trades p/d though capacity to do multiple trade a day is possible and buy in one off blocks.
*can onboard seller, escrows and law firms (buyer will pay)
*requires POC to onboard seller. This is done with the buyer directly and can be from wallet 2.5k BTC, signed message is safest method. Satoshi isn’t necessary.
*buyer expects a call direct to seller or signatory with POA as buyer needs to onboard seller to WT.

If you have any info, please pm me.

Hi,

I have a seller already onboarded on Etana and he can sell 100K BTC at 2% premium. Buyer should be onboarded on Etana also in order to proceed with this seller.

I have another seller onboarded on Signature Bank. He can sell 100K BTC also at 2% premium.
1-100 blocks, 1k blocks, back to back trades.
This seller is a financial company, regulated by Fincen.

This is their procedure:

1. Client registers with seller and signs Master Purchase Agreement
2. Client sends funds via wire to account at Signature Bank and notifies seller
3. Seller confirms receipt of funds
4. Seller sends purchase order at predetermined time
5. Client confirms purchase order immediately
6. Seller rapidly delivers coins to client (safe delivery: 0.1 btc, then balance)

From a purchase order confirmation to delivery of BTC, the time is less than 5 minutes.

They are not doing any satoshi test or signed message. Because as an OTC Desk they are regulated by Fincen. And no desk will do satoshi test and signed message.

Contact me on telegram to talk about it : @friou

Thanks.

Once a man, twice a child!
Honestly, it's for a stupid reason like this that people keep opening new accounts just to spam the forum. Sometimes when we advocate that newbies shouldn't be allowed to start a thread, it affects the genuine newbies who have genuine questions and concerns. This is the OP's first and only post here and they are simply talking trash. Such order is simply ridiculous to be filled by a single individual.

EDIT: 400,000BTC... 230 million dollars It's acrually 2.3 bln ... Seems legit... Mr Bezos, or Gates, or Brin.
...Perhaps Mark Zukerberg or Donald Trump(et)

I think you're missing a zero, there.  Preev's price today converts BTC400,000 to $2.3 billion.

don't let this thing distract you, according to top rich list there are only 4 addresses who have over 100k BTC and all of them are exchanges cold wallet.
I'm wondering whose got the money to buy that such high amount, it will be instantly became #1 as well on top rich list unless he/they separate it to various addresses.

There only a handful of people, and not too many organizations in the world that can afford such a huge purchase.  But, like you said, there aren't many hodlers that can fill the request.

As for the legitimacy; both banks listed are indeed capable of handling the funds.  It sounds like the buyer is willing to work with the seller's lawyer, which will allow the seller to remain anonymous, if he chooses.  I don't know, maybe?  Regardless, it's way out of my league.

You are right, there aren't many who can handle it but I have 2 clients who can and will. The problem is there aren't any sellers. It is family offices who are doing these deals.
