in the first place, i really confuse why a senior member rank made that title as "I'm new".
then it make me more confused with "screening process" you guys talked about, really confused what's that mean.
after i repeat to read it few times, finally i realize it's an old post. geez. i'm upset, i wanna angry and laugh at the same time. damn.
