Using Catalyst version 13.4 (OpenCL 2.1).
My other friend using normal version (non-overclock) 6670 and 6770, with Catalyst 13.4, no problem at all.

What Catalyst version are you using?

I install from Proprietary Driver,

Hold down the shift key to display the hidden menu during boot.

After that choose recovery mode and install the proper graphics drivers.

from url you given, yes I install from that also, but not yet try driver from AMD.

Make sure you don't install multiple drivers.
in Windows, I use version 13.4
