I think you are trying to implement bitcoin payment to your site for which you need to implement blockchain payment api which is available in blockchain.info but to implement it you need to have some coding knowledge. If you don't have it than you can ask someone here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 by giving some bitcoin (i know you will get someone capable of doing it).

you need to do some coding, you can use blockchain.info's wallet API to create a wallet and dedicate new addresses for each new user by creating a new address. they can deposit this way but i am not sure they can withdraw (spend) too.

You can generate random addresses in any wallets that you will use...
If you are talking about a website, you should better find a coder who might help you with this...

Are you building a website or something? Blockchain allows you to create different wallet addresses. I am not really sure but I think websites that uses a deposit/withdraw money just use blockchain. They assign a deposit/withdraw specific address for every user. I am not sure if that's what they are doing but basically that's how it works.
