Be very careful. If you are taking/giving loans for rep building, you will get the red kind. That being said, if you offer adequate collateral, you should be able to secure a loan.
I understand that. I was just asking if proof of income/and or a signed Agreement is accepted by people. I’m not trying to screw anyone. Thanks.
You do not have enough Trust or credibility to hold any collateral. I would strongly suggest using a reputable escrow to hold all collateral.
Asking for proof of income and/or a signed agreement will not get you very far as ID's are bought and sold frequently.
