I think no one get any payments, OP just created this thread then went away to get some referrals with offering something bigger than what he will earn.

a newbie member with 5 activity offering to download an app and get paid in btc. what kind of app is this? and why He pays for downloading and signing up for this? if this is a scam and trying to cheat people with a virus mobile app. then everyone should stay away of it. and forum trusted members should take action again it..
the app can be downloaded from the playstore so i can say it is safe from any kind of viruses, the only shady in this thing is that the OP is paying more from what he can earn from referring users so it is most likely he wont pay any of us

Actually the app to be downloaded is safe, but the reward seems to be too good to be true. In fact he will only get $0.25 per referral, but he os offering 0.0015btc which is around 3x amount he get from the app.
