I'm planning to build a condo, and fund the construction by selling tokens. I already bought the land, we are working on the architectural plan. The idea is some kind of crowd equity, you can buy a small portion of an apartment (or the entire apt if you want) and get earning by leasing or reselling the unit. Maybe the tenants could pay the rent with crypto as well, not sure yet, but that is an option as well.

So the investment is backed with real estate. I know there were a few coins for something similar, but none of them actually did something, I'm planning to make it real

The resale price will be around 230k USD, and the early investor price should be around 195k USD for a unit. There will be an option to buy by square feet, so a group of investors could buy one unit.

As I said, this still a plan, many things to figure out, that's why I'd like to hear about your suggestions. I still don't know the right coin to do this, could you suggest which one is appropriate for this? ETH is the choice so far.

If you can do it and turn it into a story in the right ways, I'm sure you can be very famous. The forum that doesn't forget the pizzeria won't forget you also.

Been heard that kind of concept of project before, well it might be tough to find an investor that uses cryptocurrency for that project. You already knew that it might not work due to the previous project right? do you have anything in mind that's different from others so it could work?

By the way if you need a helping hand for architectural planning of your condo such as draftsman, renderer, planner, etc. Please contact me.

your plan to make an apartment and use crypto for payment too ,it sounds normal in my opinion there are many hotels and apartments already have that role ,I want to look further at your ANN later and well ethereum smart contracts are a good choice but how do you make prices remain stable? maybe it's too early to ask that

Are there any specific benefits for using crypto to pay rent as against using cash?
What safeguards are in place to protect you or your clients from the inevitable volatility being experienced in the market?

The second one is a good question.
Regarding volatility of the market. Specially now that two main coins will have a big event. Ethereum fork then to POS and Bitcoin halving.
What if the market suddenly fall?

This happened before with many ICO's out there and still happening now.
Ethereum before was $1000 and then suddenly fell to $300 and now with just a 100+.

How are you going to cope with those loss if ever?
I just dont want another project being ruined by those types of scenes. I have already seen it.

To be honest there are many real estate projects like your plans and to this day it doesn't show good growth. The use of tokens in the platform is not according to plan or does not reach real use. By the way, where will you build the condonium? How about crypto regulation there?
