There are a lot of positive reviews for buyers from Bitify.com ----> "sites work as trusted escrow between sellers and buyers", which I assume is fairly reliable but I do not guarantee you that you will not be scammed.
I purchased before from the site ---> OPENVCC but it seems that it no longer works.
It is better to buy from trusted users here and not random/untrusted/newbie accounts + always using escrow.

This site seems legit, and there are also VCC sellers, just i don't know if the cheap VCC they are selling are preloaded or not, however if somebody trusted could fullfill my request i will send first, or please advice me a good site where to buy...it seems that this forum is full of scammers and i don't want to be ripped off from a Jr.Member without a selling history
Update: I found out that this site is full of offers that can fullfill my request, the fees are high...but i hope there will not be a risk to be scammed
