Sure, if you gave them away as you are supposed to. No one developing something is going to buy testnet coins as they are worthless and already easy to get.

I think it isn't allowed to create two threads with the same purpose, selling your worthless testnet bitcoins. Those coins are free and will never be worth anything.

As I said in your duplicate thread:

Do not buy or sell testnet Bitcoins. They are not worth anything. Should people buy and sell testnet Bitcoin, the testnet will be reset again.

If you need testnet Bitcoins, there are several faucets giving out plenty of testnet coins. There is no need to buy or sell testnet Bitcoin.
