I can not understand your problem, this is neither a time nor a place to be scared. I was not scammed by anyone.

1. You sent me a code that was not vaild, I asked you for an activation code that works.
2. Since the menu itself was only needed activation code, it was my fault that the one you sent was not used and I told you if you want to make a steam account and include this steam code.
3. I said just send me an activation key that works, you get a payment and send me that steam account and another 2. All of this because I have my main steam account and I do not need a new one.
4. So you just needed to send me the correct actvation key, you get paid and send me later that steam account, it's more important for me to get the main account CSG, and the rest is less important.
5. I was at risk, and in addition, the seller persistently offered me the steam account that I do not matter to me. I do not know how to explain to this gentleman that I already have a steam account and that I only need a key, and when we send a key to a payment, then I will send it to 3rd accounts (including the one where the code is activated).
6. I made a very reasonable and clear agreement with the masterfocus, because it is easy to negotiate with you, you do not have any worries, this is not a post working sccamed.

This seller did not take pictures of the entire chat that should be re-examined, a very unreasonable user for the deals.

I do not know whether you are scammed or not but I always feel people have good intentions to scam when they post their ad here but in return they want to be contacted in telegram,facebook and twitter.

Just make sure that you leave responses in the thread too, so that everybody know that how many people are dealing with user and how the deal is going on.

PS: I am not blaming anybody but it is my personal observation in this forum that somebody is interested in making deal outside the boundary of this forum is a red flag.

I tested the code after he claimed the first one is "invalid" -

In his screenshot, it shows the code is "invalid", while on my side it shows the code has been redeemed.
There's no way this could happen unless someone is lying.

The way he's doing this looks exactly the same as the previous scammer (new account, found excuses not to pay, etc)
I guess the only reason he insisted on getting the code instead of the account is because he could just sell the code online.

I will feel responsible if something wrong happened on the side of masterfocus since I recommended him to OP. But I know masterfocus will used his common sense on this before dealing. Will notify him to this.

For a fair discussion, I will wait for OP's response here about your feedback. You can also posted some reference, screenshots etc. to make your claims more valid.

I'd advise dealing this user with cautious -

1. I sent a completely fresh code to him first, he claimed the code is "invalid". I tried the code after he claimed it's invalid, and it shows the code "has been redeemed".
2. I told him if he has problem redeeming the code, I can create an account and redeem the code for him, after that he can just take the account, and he agreed.
3. As there's a slight chance that the code is compromised before I redeemed it (very unlikely though), I informed the code supplier about the issue, and they kindly offered me a replacement.
4. After the account is created and code is redeemed, he refuse to pay for it, and started to find excuses that only wanted me to send him the activation code first.
5. As this is de javu like my previous trade (which I almost got scammed), I told him that I will send him others with code or gift (he wanted 3-4 CSGO) after he paid for the created account. But again, he refused and only wanted me to send him the activation code.
6. In the end, he did not want to pay for the created account (which he asked me to create), and I don't want to send another activation code first (as he already stole one, and it's unrecoverable), we did not finish the trade in the end.

7. My advise? Stay away from this user or insist using escrow if you want to trade with him. I trusted these users by sending the code/account first, and it didn't get me anything good.
