Do you actually use the market/ limit when you sell your coins?.

If you set to sell your coin into the market setting its will automatically sell your coin at the current amount and its quite different on what you expect. But if you sell your coin with the use of the limit setting still its pending on your transactions. I think not all of your coins being sold yet. One of the best ways to do is contact their live customer support we all know that the binance has one of the most active support ( base on my experience ) so they can make an action immediately.

yea, i also think so as binance is a smart and trusted exchanger. I think there something your mistake that you gave limit sell on your coin. But if you have more confidence you access you can go for customer care service but there you have take a ticket and submit your quarry. I think binance will response quick so that you can get batter suggestion.
Best of luck.

Sometimes your orders could be filled partially and not fully, for example if you had a order to sell a coin at 100 satoshi and the price gets there for a small amount of time and goes back down this could happen.

You have to check your balance and see if the Bitcoin, USDT or whatever asset that you bought your ICX with is still in your account or not, and that's if you already checked your open orders and you have no open orders at this time, if you have no open orders and your funds that you put your orders with are not in your account then you should contact their support and explain them your situation.

check your trading history is better suggestion, you can see if all your open trade is done, it could be there are seperate amount that still in pending/not fully trade.
If all your trade history say different amount with bought and the sell then you need to contact binance support, before that make screenshot with all your history will better for strong evidence.

I believe, this is his case here. Check all his trading history or even the My Trades tab.
Also, as what others are also suggesting, check via desktop/laptop as you can see it better.
And if he thinks that the problem is not from his side, he can directly contact their support.
They have the support button that he can always use. Don't think that he will be screwed by binance on this.

The best tip is to contact them and tell this to them. They can track back logs of your trades and activity of your account. If they have found some unusual on your logs then you're right there's something wrong with them.
Before posting this thread, did you reached out to them?

What pairing did you use when you sold your coin? Are you sure that the entirety of the order you did was filled? Check your trading history first, and if nothing shows up check your wallet if the total equates to what you originally bought. If not, then check if the coin went down and make some calculations to see whether it equates to what you originally bought. Binance wallet should total out the amount of assets you have on your wallet afaik, and if from there you found something different, then the price of one of your coins most likely went down.

A phone app acts very differently from a desktop app. Shifting to desktop/website version will probably help you see everything clearly. Maybe your sell order wasn't fully filled yet. I have a lot of complains regarding mobile app not just to binance but even Gate.io they all look very different when it comes to the desktop version. It takes a lot of navigation before you get used to it.

If the difference is in decimals or just 1-2 ICX then I believe you don't have BNB in your account to pay the fees. Therefore, Binance deducted the fees from your trade. This happened with me in the past as I had put all my BNB on staking and there was no BNB left in my spot account.
The difference will be more if you are trading a less valued coin as the fees will be taken in that coin. Hope it clears your issue.

Hello everybody,

I am new to this forum and have a problem. a while ago I sold some ICX that I had bought earlier in the evening.
So far nothing extraordinary. I placed the order with my smartphone but the balance near the sale was not what I expected. I looked and despite seeing selects on the app 100% of what I owned on this crypto. It doesn't represent the number that I bought earlier in the evening.

I don't understand and I have to admit being really worried. Could you please help me ?

Thank you for your help
So you are saying that your balance doesn't show the exact amount of ICX that you have bought earlier? Did you check the amount right after you bought? Maybe check your exchange history? Make sure you take into account the exchange fee associated with trading.
If this has happened after you have canceled an order or something, make sure the order wasn't partially filled. If not, then probably it's a glitch. Try the web version from your phone browser or desktop instead of the app. If you still think something is wrong, reach out to their support and see what they have to say.

Sometimes the Binance exchange is busy and you might witness some problems with your connections to exchange or your order details will have some delay of updates.

If you make a sell order then you cancel it, the exchange and especially the application might need a few seconds to load details again. Sometimes I have the problems and I have to switch between buy and sell tab to update amount of coin. Or I have to close the app and open it again before I can make my new sell order.

Did you cancel your previous sell order?

And please remember that Binance charge you fee for taker or maker when buy any coin.

The best way to solve this problem is to contact their customer service and wait for their feedback, maybe there's a glitch on their site and that's why it happened to you. Try to re-login and do the trade again if its still the same, something is wrong. Don't worry, as long as you don't place withdrawal your money on Binance it is still safe, and trade later on. This is just a normal problem I guess, and it can be solve so stay calm.
