You need to be a JR member to do that. It will take a month or little longer of posting to get that.

You will need to wait for your activity to update.
I think you have to be member or higher to be able to post images. If you are lucky enough and another forum member quotes your post with the image, it may display.
Correction : You need just to be a Jr. Member to be able to post images on the forum.You may post now, and wait for your activity to reach 30 to become jr member, and your images would be made visible.

first of all the link you posted is not an image link. it is a link to the page containing the image, yo should post the link ending in .jpg or .png or the format in general.
secondly you are a brand new account, and a lot of features are disabled for you until you rank up 1 level.
also move this to the board called meta, there is a button at the bottom of the page for moving.
