Imagine a universal rent to move from a residence to another, when you want and how long you want, all around the world.
Whether you move to Paris, New York, Singapore, Tokyo ... Each residence would be more-than-full-serviced and equipped. Living spaces (lounge, fitness rooms, meeting rooms, co-working), mobility (bike, car), and concierge services (laundry, grocery delivery…): everything 'd be included.

Of course this "universal rent" 'd be grounded on a parallel currency - similar to airline "miles", not about flying but accommodation. In a simple way: 1 parall per day and per occupied room, in any country. Staying 15 days in a 3-rooms apartment in New York? 15 x 3 = 45 Ᵽ. Back to Paris for the next two months (61 days) in your 4-rooms flat? 61 x 4 = 244 Ᵽ. Schedule your year as you want: 4 months in Brussels, 7 days in Dubai, 3 months in Osaka, 6 months in Brussels again...

Each apartment has to be fully modular (divisible up to 10 independent rooms). The overall process of matching all swaping requests allows you to exchange all or part of your flat when you want and for as long as you want, or to leave it partially or totally in rental management - allowing you to get benefits. In other words, it offers you the opportunity to "tokenize" your home through a global network of full-serviced residences located in main cities in the world.
