Most people do not go on dollar or Android forums. I guess Bitcoin is deep and wide enough to throw up eternal discussion for a small number, plus scams always need a platform, but the moment it never occurs to any normalton to seek this place out is when we know Bitcoin's really going places.

So better to write in our diary about there is a bitcoin forum during 2020 for the next generation instead of thinking how will the forum in 2140.

All of you guys seems to be optimistic that Bitcoin will survive for another 120 years. I don't share the same optimism. IMO, some better technology will replace Bitcoin much before that. Bitcoin is not perfect. As we are seeing in the last few weeks, none of the recent soft-forks have resolved the scalability issue. Also, the PoW algorithm in my opinion is not sustainable in the distant future.

This forum will be reserved for the god fathers to access alone and the newbies will be sent to the new developed forum. They can start sharing some great discussion there. Imagine my son in this forum begging me for merits in future lol.
I think bitcointalk.org will just be archived and it will be linked too on a new domain that makes for the Bitcoin forum. The most common question on "How to earn 1 bitcoin?" will be changed into "How to earn a single satoshi? for total noobs".
From here to 2140 the forum will perhaps be saved in some folder in some storage nothing more.

The forum is still the same because this is the reason why it becomes popular by having a lot of contents and simple UI. In the year 2140, the same problem we are facing people does not know how to read the rule, struggle and complain about the merit system, spoon feed to them what they need ( I highly recommended we avoid this and let them explore and learn through this forum ). There are a lot of opportunities to make improvement on the forum but still, I think they will stick how it becomes popular.

Although bitcoin is still the result of experimental financial innovations, bitcoin can be projected as the most useful innovation in internet history. We still cant predict with certainty what will happen to bitcoin and this forum in the next 120 years. Im thinking something that is more advanced, for sure technology is already futuristic level at that year, there will be no problem storing this forum up to the 2140 but I think it would be very different.
But the data here in the forum are really is a history to bitcoin and cryptocurrency I think if people in 2140 would get goosebumps just like we do if we see or read things that are from the past.
I also got amazed by some legendary posts here in the forum that I didn't expect to see like the legendary Pizza Guy is here in the forum something like that, others in the future might also be amaze about today.
