Bangladesh has around 160 million people (2012) and a birthrate of 2.2.
If the number you cite are correct then bangladesh shouldn't have much people living in their land in 30 years or rather the immigration will automatically stop because the are no people left to migrate to India.

Bangladesh has no census forget it they have no idea what's going there...
