Good Job! If you already got understood why the QR code and secret key are given there and the purpose of 2FA adding. Then I think you should lock that topic for avoiding spams.
And if you don't know how to lock a topic just scroll down to this topic and look in the left side and just click/tap on lock topic  Wink

The QR code is actually contains shared secret code, so both of them a same thing.

It's an additional security, someone who know your password doesn't make them able to access your account, similar to they only know your 2FA, but not your password. Just refresh the page, you will get a different code.
finally done.

shared secret (base 32) and some 24 digit *changed*
with anyone else mate and i think you already did. It's a secret code, only you should be aware of. I will advice you to edit your thread and remove it.
thanks @hatchy, that key is not a original one, I mentioned on a thread as example only, why would I post without knowing it earlier 😎

Suppose it turns out that the Shared secret listed above uses the original code. It's best to immediately reset the 2FA Bitcointalk account with the new Shared secret code by turning off the old version of the two-factor authenticator first*, and then OP can reactivate 2FA with the new Shared secret code.

That should be your private key.

Did you really get to understand what op ask before replying? The shared secret he speaks of relates to the 2FA authentication that was implemented recently on the forum. It has nothing to do with a private key or a wallet.

in account settings there is new features updated of shared secret (base 32) and some 24 digit *changed*  6IXID4EP4PG35LMHFLEXMKQJ apperead here is that important/ given Qr code too ?

Op, I guess you have been unaware of this new systems update by theymos. You can read about it here 2FA added. Then read how to activate it on your account on this thread by Husna QA How to use the 2FA feature on Bitcointalk

OP is likely speaking of bitcointalk.org account settings and the newly introduced optional but highly recommended 2FA login authentication, I assume. OP, you should more clearly point out of what you're talking about to avoid misunderstanding (btw, the thread's title is more or less useless except for the two words "shared secret" in my opinion).
The shared secret is needed to setup 2FA with a TOTP authenticator app like Authy, FreeOTP or Google Authenticator.

Here is the accouncement by theymos of this new security feature for forum accounts: 2FA added

Some details are provided in theymos' thread, some more maybe in PowerGlove's thread.
