I disagree with both of these statements. Knowledge can be result of education but thy aren't synonyms.

Also you don't need to have substantial amount of knowledge to create wealth, and education shouldn't be only about creating wealth.
You aren't specifying what kind of knowledge you are talking about, but knowledge can help you getting rich, especially if you are using some insight to create that wealth.

It can help you to get a job that pays well, as it can help with making some informed decisions. But it's not necessary to have education / superior knowledge to make money. Because one of the most effective traits to get rich is being an opportunist, or just being ruthless and manipulative. Narcissistic and psychopaths often end up getting lots of money because they don't care about means to get it. Your own knowledge can be effective tool, but better tool is to understand your own limits, and surround yourself with right kind of people.

Yes, I also agree with you, nowadays the advancement of modern technology, especially the use of AI, is also being done in the field of education, university students do their assignments with the help of ChatGPT, making them more lazy and ignorant. They are just disrupting their own learning process.

We will use AI, but we have to fulfill our responsibilities ourselves. While embracing the benefits of AI, the human and ethical aspects must not be forgotten.

The biggest problem with using AI will be that people will start to lose skills of creation and skill of independent critical thinking. The most of people will go conformist way by having complete dependance of AI.

My biggest fear is that knowledge transfer from human to human will stop. Knowledge transfer from AI to human is very dangerous because it can be centrally controlled by AI owner.

AI is "free" for use. The question is who owns it and wha motive has it to give the service for free?

What do you mean by success? And what do you mean by education? I assume you are referring to institutional education. I don't think such education can bring success. If you observe, you will find that the educated people of the country are more unemployed because they do not know how to respect work, whereas respecting all work is a part of education. Educated people are more among the corrupt.

Again you will see some of the great people of the world, most of them were not educated in formal education. Even among civilized people of the society, you will find very few people educated in formal education. Being educated alone does not make you successful, the purpose of education should be to gain knowledge. It is through acquiring knowledge that you become successful as a person and in achieving your goals. It is important to have knowledge, not education.

Education is the backbone of a nation. The more developed a nation is, the more educated they are. Scholars say that if you want to destroy a nation, weaken its education system. Currently, there are many countries whose traditional education system is not yet strong, due to which the future generation is not strong. They only press a pile of books on the children. They cannot even develop their own talents in the children. They also prevent the talents from developing. I strongly advise them. 19 years of formal education here (including 5 years in university), and I don't think I ever used any of it beyond 8th grade math and writing for a job.

While it must be a privilege to learn from the greatest professors (though in some cases they're not so great), most information is available online now, so uni ain't worth the cost unless you're rich.

With 100 applicants for every white collar job, diplomas and certificates are just ways to sort through the masses of overqualified people.

Education is always important. I don’t see any context where one can say that it isn’t. The only reason why we can all type and share our thoughts online is because we were educated. Not everyone may be able to afford formal education but we would not be able to do anything (even speaking) without education. yeah plus school teach students to be a worker and not to be the boss, maybe some courses could help them to be independent and be the boss like in business. school really exist so once students graduated they will work as employee and for sure taxes included.

there's a lot of opportunity even you don't have educational background, but I don't encourage people to stop college, it's still up to them what path they will chose. since we all have different experiences that will be the reason why we chose that path.

Going to school to get an education means acquiring knowledge. Many people think that being educated will lead to great jobs but this is never realistic. If you are self-educated then surely any job you get will demand you. So getting an education does not mean entering school to get a job. Education helps us to develop positive and positive thoughts that point us in a positive direction. If you are educated you can talk to people from many countries or exchange your self. Acquiring education leads to good manners and conduct with people which helps in building a good environment and society.

I don't agree with your definition of education that it is the key to success. It is also important to state the type of education you are referring to because we have formal and informal education. The focus of these institutions of learning is to issue certificates while their graduates become job seekers. That is why I will not accept your definition of education because I have seen many perceived well-educated people that are not successful.

Quality education should be multi-dimensional. It should build the character, intellect, and minds of students. A graduate that can take or give bribes is not well educated. A so-called educated individual that steals from the government is not enlightened. A graduate that cannot make a positive contribution to his community is a failure. The contribution might not necessarily be money, but ideas or public awareness are even more important than money. There is no doubt education is important but the emphasis should be placed on the positive change in the physical, mental, and emotion of students and not just on certificates.

If we all go for education in the society, our thinking mentality will change and the manner to how we approach things will as well change, lack of education brings about being on a set back to the current development in the community and world at large, education serves as an eye opener, it gives opportunities, it makes people wise and give positive attention to areas of their lives needed to be taken care of, this also gives them voice to speak and be bold about what they are saying.

What you consider success may not have the same status to another person. If it is success defined in terms of how much someone owns, then definitely it cannot be education alone, because there will be uneducated men and women who have managed to find success in their various fields. Education is important because it can help affect the way a person thinks. School is not also education, people have attended schools and still do not act educated. Education is necessary for you to be able to read and write. If you can read and write,I feel you have gotten the basics of education. Travelling to other places and different country is also part of education and to me I will say it is the best,in the sense that you will learn other peoples culture, the way they behave and how they live their lives because it will be different from the country where you are from. Education doesn't mean have high degrees ,exposure is also another way you can educate yourself. Some persons are highly educated,but they talk to people rudely and don't accept other people's opinion because they think that they know all.

Going to school to get an education means acquiring knowledge. Many people think that being educated will lead to great jobs but this is never realistic. If you are self-educated then surely any job you get will demand you. So getting an education does not mean entering school to get a job. Education helps us to develop positive and positive thoughts that point us in a positive direction. If you are educated you can talk to people from many countries or exchange your self. Acquiring education leads to good manners and conduct with people which helps in building a good environment and society.

That's true that if someone is known to have an education, he's gonna get a good status in the society. But, it's not all about the status because someone may be educated but not respected.

If you know what I mean from that because being educated doesn't only mean that he's able to finish studies and college but today, it's also counted about having a good behavior, manners and right conduct.

Some one may be educated but not having a good morals; yes i agree with you, some people see education as just transmitting knowledge only; but it has to do with characters...
