They make a joke about this on family guy.  Quagmire is reading the terms of installing new software hes reading it and Peter is like"omg just hit accept", Then a man opens his door and punches him in the stomach and he says, "what? you hit yes"
Lol, nice logic story.
The importance of reading the terms and conditions of the websites are critical. People don't really take terms and conditions seriously because they are being lazy to read very long statements.

To avoid having problems using the website, especially in security purposes you have to read everything in the terms and conditions.
Honestly, I was also a person who doesn't give a thing reading terms and conditions. But scanning reading technique is the best thing to use in reading it though.

It's important, but nobody reads these terns & conditions, privacy policy and similar things. These conditions are long very boring, people don't waste time on reading it and simply click "I agree". OP, I just don't believe that you read all terms and conditions on every website before making account.
Offcourse, not reading rules often leads to various problems. For example, your account can be blocked if you break one of service rules without even knowing that you did something wrong. Then user starting blame service for blocking account when it was his own fault. There is also privacy issues related with it. When user don't read rules, he don't know what social network can do with his personal data. So, by clicking "agree" he is giving away his personal data with easy hand.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
Terms and condition are important but i usually find it so hard to read. First of all the language is more for lawyers and then  the wording. Letters are usually so small and not summarized.
Honestly, I most case i just ignore them and move on

Block halving is coming.
Is there any limitation on coinbase or any amount from a gambling site will be locked? I'm using coinbase for a while. I'm participating in a signature campaign and they pay directly from their platform. Will it be a problem if I receive BTC from them?
Any amount as soon as they trace your bitcoins and found that it is from gambling casino small or big amount you will be locked or ban.
You can read this from Coinbase

If you are participating in a campaign and receive bitcoins from their platform it depends if the funds are from gambling casino or not.

I suggest you make a new wallet which is no terms and you have full control over your private keys like Electrum.

Nobody reads them because it would be completely infeasible to do so. If I sat down and read the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, End User Rights, End User Licensing Agreements, etc, for all my computer hardware, operating system, browser, ISP, router, and electricity company, it would take me a week of straight reading before I could even log on to this site. Let's not forget the small print on every device in your home, every account you own, every piece of software you use, every app you download, every bill you pay, etc, etc. Sure, I would advocate for reading the important ones where money is involved, but no one can or will ever read all the small print for everything they use.

There are stories of companies hiding cash prizes in their Terms and Conditions, and it taking months for anyone to claim them. There are also some frankly hilarious things hidden in some small print. For example, the following clause in Amazon Web Services' Service Terms, which allows their Lumberyard Materials to be used in the event of a zombie apocalypse:
However, this restriction will not apply in the event of the occurrence (certified by the United States Centers for Disease Control or successor body) of a widespread viral infection transmitted via bites or contact with bodily fluids that causes human corpses to reanimate and seek to consume living human flesh, blood, brain or nerve tissue and is likely to result in the fall of organized civilization.

Mostly I don't read the terms because terms are often too long to read so I think other users too.

Look at the Coinbase terms about Gambling it is prohibited and you shouldn't use it as a wallet when your bitcoin comes from gambling casinos your account might be ban or lock.

So reading terms and condition should be read otherwise ask other users about the terms to avoid your account to become one of the ban or lock accounts.

I am alive but in hibernation.
Nobody wants to read them and even websites also do not want you to read them too. Otherwise you will see the copy these Terms of condition first, but not after you have provided all your details and just wanted to log in the system.

The OP's ideas look good, but why not firstly emphasize about the importance of reading the forum rules and kinds of punishments?
We have been in the forum, so why we not get started first from here?
I believe lots of users don't read forum rules during their first days, or even months they join the forum.

Many exchanges and gambling sites banned their users account because of violating their terms & conditions.

We should read the terms & conditions before getting registered
Yeah in perfect world it would help, but we are living on not even close perfect world. Terms & conditions are often so vague, that you can explain ANY blocking of account with it. You can't secure yourself just by reading terms, its somewhat of a thing you can also do, but more important is to verify if comapny is credible, don't have any current financial problems etc.

Like the first comment on this post says most terms and conditions are long I don't know if this is a tactical approach from the site or just trying to be very formal.

But it's still possible to get the guide lines and key point with out going through letter for letter.
Majorly understand what you are about to register into before joining

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my thread. Today I am going to explain about the importance of reading terms & condition's of a website. Basically most of the times we never take it seriously to read the terms & conditions of a website. I think its really important for a website visitor to read that properly. Without reading it properly you can't know the exact guideline and rules of that website. Specially for crypto user like us its really necessary to put our attention on this matter. In recent times there's been a couple of incidents happening due to this reason. Many exchanges and gambling sites banned their users account because of violating their terms & conditions.

We should read the terms & conditions before getting registered on a crypto wallet or exchange where they put necessary information and that could be helpful during emergency situation. By reading these you could easily understand knowledge about deposit, withdrawal and refund policy. As an example you make an deposit on a gambling site and and you don't know that your region doesn't allow gambling legally. In that case if they hold your withdrawal fund where they have already mentioned it on their terms & conditions then you can't do anything to get your fund back. If you would read their terms & conditions before making your deposit then you won't face this problem IMO.

As a website visitor specially before making any investment we should read the terms & conditions to get clear idea about the use of that website.
