yes schools must start developing soft skill, students must grow confidence to become human who are able to know himself  a steady and independent personality. An intact man with emotional and intellectual stability, who controls himself consistently and has a sense of empathy. teachers can help develop soft skills of students by providing motivation. because with high motivation, the students will easily optimize the ability they have.
