Well, I agree with all your outlined effectiveness of water in the body system and I always ensure in practicing all. But joke apart, that of no. 4 kind of gives trouble in the sense of pee waking me up in the midnight of my night while having a great sleep or sweet night dreams.

This usually wakes me up and I don't seem to like the idea because not only would it spoils my dreams/sleep but also take the sleep away from my eyes.

However, urinating is hard to cheat on because discharging that waste water from the system as well reduces stroke.

Everything has its own way though but I don't seem to like this one  Grin

  We're Human that we really needs a Water and we can not survive without this source's . People got stuck or experience uncomfortable feeling's or dehydrated . Heart Attacks and Strokes are caused by blod clots.  They happen first thing in the morning because the increased heart rate frees the clot to travel and get stuck.

I had my stroke at 1am, early in the morning, but at the end of a long day, just after I had pulled out of my driveway to pick up a snack. 

It's less important when you drink water as how much you drink per day.

That makes sense, Fluids are necessary for body since 91% of the body is made up of fluids.

Imagine you had to walk 30 minutes every morning before you can get that glass of water. For me water is the most important commodity, every human needs it. And companies making profit with water should not be allowed. It would be better if the government controls it to give everybody access to water at the lowest possible cost.

I read an article recently that was talking about new artifical water. Usually water comes from the springs and has different minerals and tastes. But now a company is creating a water with a special mixture of all the important minerals. It is being created in a laboratory and could be sold all around the world, tasting exactly the same. They didn't say anything about the price but I can imagine it will be very expensive, which makes me scared. Water becomes more and more a resource where people want to profit of it.


Hope they make it really expensive and unaffordable to the regular people. Afterall we have water in abundance.
I think we could find some of the best water from spring water. People tend to boil/treat such water to avoid getting infected by harmful microbes or harmed by harmful substances.  Wish there are easy and effective ways to drink the water without boiling/treating to avoid making it inferior/weak(you could be right to call it dead water).
Seems that could be done with some special filter

I've been drinking water most of my life.
Back then when i was a kid, I used to drink Coca Cola all the time. I was really fat and i couldn't control myself.

One day my mom decided it was time to stop the bs and started buying only water at home. Best decision ever.
I've been drinking water ever since (more than 20 years now) and I do not miss a drop of sugar drinks at all.

Water saved my life, more or less.

I know it is important but I keep on missing it I can't really drink 8 glass of water a day,
And my doctor told me that it's okay and normal since I don't have any physical activity that is why I am not thirsty or couldn't drink 8 glass per day.
So for me the water you intake depends on your activity you just need to drink water regularly to cleanse your organ.

I’ve literally only just started to drink the correct amount of water per day & I’m in my 20’s. I was finding myself feeling tired, moody & weak so I thought I’d try drinking lots of water & it’s really made a difference. One weird thing is my eyesight seems better.

I drink a lot of water every day besides drink coffee and tea. Although I don't know what the benefits of water for details are, I only know that when I drink water, it can help me to feel better, although I must go to the bathroom for pee repeatedly hahaha Grin

For us it is essentials to continue the drinking water after every hour. Approx. 2-3 litres of water on daily basis we should be consuming it. Also, while getting up on daily morning we should be having approx. half litre of water so that it helps our digestive system to cleanse up properly.

This is really right because water is water and when it goes in shouldn't be of importance but to take standard quantity daily will keep someone fresh and healthy just like it is advised in the hospital. Water helps to dehydrate someone and by that all systems and organs functions as expected and keeps the skin very fine and shinny. The quantity of intact of water daily is what is important and that is why they say water is a source of life


As i heard, we should drink 8 glass of water every day. Drinking eight glasses of water in summer is easy but in winter our water intake is very less and due to this many people get ill. Many people do not realize the importance of water.

I drink water every morning but don't drink water before going to bed. Thanks for your advice! I did search on google and the result 1 glass of water is very good, a moderate amount of water is necessary but shouldn't drink too much before bed, it will overload the kidneys and bladder.

Yeah we definitely should look more after ourself. Also it probably makes a difference if it is summer or winter, because when it is hot outside and we are sweating a lot we need so much more water. In winter we probably don't need to drink so much, and it's more likely that we will be eating a soup during winter which is also helping a lot with staying hydrated.

Drinking water Before sleeping is really preventing the Heart attack happens in the Morning , but we must maintain drinking plenty of Water each day even if this will bring us Pissing constantly .

But also try Drinking warm Water each time  to help slowing the building of cholesterol.

I am maintaining having warm water at least 4-6 glasses a day.

The most important thing in our world. I drink at least 3 letters per day. And if you think about it everything in our life depends on water so everybody knows how important is it ! Somebody once said '' The water is life '' 
Liters i Guess , But depend in the climate i believe ? because sometimes in cold Weather we are not use drinking more water.

4. Do not stress too much.

Btw My Greatgrand father and mother (my father's side) lived till around 95. No lazyness, work from 6 am and get to sleep early (totally different from what we do now).

I'm not a Doctor but I think that drinking water after or before eating is not the best advice. As I know, it's better to not drink water before/after  the dinner immediately, because of digestion process.
I saw advice here about walking and I thinks  its best choice for healthy life, of course if you don't have any medical  or other problems with  fatigue  ...as I know it's the  best thing  for preventing thrombus which has become the famous disease in the last period due to new coronavirus. at the same time, after the activity, drinking water is good for me , because it protects me from drying the organism.
Keep yourself hydrated is important because our body is actually made up of 70% of water but still we need to take care of the time we wre taking it, as you said we have ti avoid drinking water while eating as well as immediately after eating we need to give a break atleast 20 minutes for before and after to drinks at meal time.

My doc recommends me drinking at least 1.5 liters of water. That's around 6 glasses. If i feel catch cold or something, I multiply that number twofold. Hydration is key. But rest shouldn't be underappreciated either. Good sleep is right up there with water. So don't forget sleeping enough. Also, cut sugars as much as you can. There are also a plethora of diets and life choices you can pick. Keto, fasting, omad etc. The key is to focus on living healthy.

Water is life ! This is what my parents taught me when i was i little kid. I was supposed to grow a little to understand it, but when you think about it's the most important thing in our world. So drink water often and don't be afraid !

but i consulted already a doctor and said that's normal though i have second thought that maybe i have internal problem or what.
Go back to the doctor with another one.

You'll be having a second thought/opinion from that doctor to know if you really have an internal problem or it's really normal.

And if the thought of that doctor is the same, you can still the third thought/opinion and consultation from another doctor if you want.

The human body is made mainly out of water, so drinking a lot of water makes sense. I would recommend drinking at least 2 L of water per day. The only problem I have when drinking a lot before going to bed, I wake up at night and have to go to the toilet. For me its better to drink in the morning.

I've watched this on one news documentary or its like a trivia that Japanese people used to do this. Before eating, they drink water. After waking up, they drink water and look at their life span. Seems effective.

Actually The advise i received is at least Drink 3-4 Glasses of Warm water the verry moment you woke up,because this will Help taking the fats and making us to To Go to comfort room and release all the Not necessary inside our body.

And yeah it helps me alot and good for Losing weight as well.

Heart Attacks and Strokes are caused by blod clots.  They happen first thing in the morning because the increased heart rate frees the clot to travel and get stuck.

I had my stroke at 1am, early in the morning, but at the end of a long day, just after I had pulled out of my driveway to pick up a snack.
