Paxful did this because localbitcoins stopped some payments methods from their website , specifically card payments , and that is why paxful increased its fees , as its getting lot of traffic , and also its his monopoly , as hardly any p2p platforms like this are in existence.
Does it mean that Paxful is just taking advantage of the localbitcoin's case? I think it isn't always justifiable for these platforms to increase their fees whenever they want.

Paxful does it. Remember when a local bitcoin has stopped it and those people are wanna using it will move to another platform and in this case, paxful is actually taking the advantage.
The users have no choice and they can only follow it to pay the fees to use that service.
