The OP statement is questionable cause I never for once see a wallet that regenerated new wallet address if restore with the identical seeds phrase but footing your message on the OP "I only made one wallet when I first downloaded the app. I saved the 12 word mnemonics key at that time." the question is do you by chance create another TokenSwap wallet which I believe maybe the wallet that contains the coin you're looking for?

So your mnemonic phrase must be for your BNB wallet then. Or is it one seed for all cryptocurrencies in your wallet? Please clarify this.
With what I have just checked recently, the mnemonic to TokenSwap wallet is a BIP39 seed phrase, I also install, delete and reinstalled the wallet. When I install it at first, I copied down the seed phrase, the Bitcoin address and the ethereum address generated. I found out that the mnemonic is BIP39, then I deleted and reinstalled back the wallet. The wallet regenerated me the same Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses also.

There is export private key and keystore option. Im learning the hard way I shouldve save them before uninstalling the app..
You do not need any export key for this, so far you have your seed phrase to the wallet. I tested it for Bitcoin and Ethereum, it has the same derivation path to your addresses. I couldn't find the option for binance coin but the derivation path will also be the same. That aside, also you restored the seed phrase on the same wallet which is TokenSwap, which should not be a problem, there is nothing wrong with your wallet. If you used the right seed phrase, it will generate all other seeds, private keys and addresses needed.  The addresses that store your funds will also be generated along.

That was for my bnb wallet only. It cant be for different token as I only made bnb and eth wallet. I have eth wallet in the same app and that worked fine when I imported it after reinstall with diff set of 12 word mnemonics key.

Are you sure you didn't copy the mnemonic for some other token instead of your BNB?

Uninstalling mobile apps deletes all the data stored with it, unlike PC software so you may be out of luck with this one since you didn't export your private key. Is there even such an option for it anyway?

First off I'd like to apologize if this isnt the right forum to post this...but I am so desperate for some answers.

I have a TokenPocket mobile app I downloaded and was using for Binance smart chain coin wallet. I only made one wallet when I first downloaded the app. I saved the 12 word mnemonics key at that time.

Long story short, I was having trouble swapping bnb to eth using their tokenswap feature and stupidly decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. I thought I was okay since I thought the 12 word mnemonics key was pretty secure.
When I imported my bnb wallet after reinstalling the app using my original mnemonics key AND my password, the wallet was created but had 0 assets. I found that then wallet address had changed and overwritten? my original address. I used tokenpockets "watch mode" feature which let me put in my old bnb wallet address and the fund is still showing in there but I have no way of accessing it since my new wallet now replaced that one.

In retrospect I feel dumb for not saving other restoration methods like "storage key" and "private key" info but I dont know of that would've helped since my 12 word mnemonics key just got overwritten with a new address wallet. At this point I emailed the service team at tokenpocket but I am doubtful they can help me. Is there any chance I can recover/restore my old wallet? I would really appreciate any input!
