It should work right away. If you are getting an error it will be in your log file, and we need to see this to get any further. Create a ticket and attach your log files:

I just got an extra laptop to use for offline storage.
After installing armory I'm trying to import one of my other offline wallets.
I only have (easy) access to the digital backup of that offline wallet and when I try to 'Import digital backup or watch-only wallet' I select the .wallet file and after that nothing happens. Is it not possible to import digital backups in offline wallets?
(I'm running 0.92.3 or armory).

Edit: Just tested to see if I could import the singlesheet backup and that does work. But still doesn't help me because for this offline wallet I only have access to the digital backup.
